The Ministry of Housing announced that 5 million square meters have been registered in the White Land Program in Makkah, and the supervisor of the Unused Land Program, Counselor Muhammad Al-Madiheim, expects this figure to double in the final days of land registration.

The supervisor noted that there are 40 days remaining until the end of the registration period for undeveloped land in Makkah, as the first phase of implementing the vacant land fee system in Makkah Al-Mukarramah covers undeveloped land designated for residential or residential-commercial use with an area of 10,000 square meters or more and located within the specified geographic area, and the registration period for this phase ends on 4 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1438 AH.
