Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques reviews the Al-Faisaliah residential and administrative project in Makkah

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - was briefed at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah today on a model and visual presentation of the Al-Faisaliah residential and administrative project in the Makkah region, which was presented by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah, where he saw - may God protect him - the objectives, components and services that the project provides to the region.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques directed to name the project Al-Faisaliah. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques directed that the project be named Al-Faisaliah after it was called Al-Salmaniya in recognition of King Faisal's interest in the Makkah region.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques delivered a speech to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - delivered a speech in which he said: ”I am thankful to Prince Khaled for his efforts in Mecca and the development of the region as a whole, and this city is part of the development between Mecca and Jeddah, and it is not strange for Khaled as his father, King Faisal - may God have mercy on him - was vice king in the Hijaz, and this is evidence of this country's interest in the two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina.”

<I am honored, as were my predecessors, to be servants of the Two Holy Mosques, and whoever serves the Two Holy Mosques serves Islam and Muslims.

He added - may God protect him - : "Our country, thank God, is the starting point of Islam and the starting point of Arabism, and God honored us by revealing his book on an Arab prophet. I ask God Almighty to guide us to what he likes and pleases and to help Prince Khalid as he always succeeds in serving his religion, his country and his people."
