Taif Tourism conducts 300 inspection tours in hostels and hotels and seizes 50 violations

The General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in Taif Governorate seized 50 different violations in the tourist accommodation sector, including hotels, furnished apartments and villas, during a campaign that included 300 monitoring rounds.

The violations centered on price chaos, poor cleanliness of the residential facility, failure to present the license, violations of practice and lack of a license in addition to the low level of services. The director of the General Authority for National Heritage in Taif Governorate explained. <The Director of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in Taif Governorate, Khaled Al-Qahra, explained that the control tours continue according to the seasonal work plans that are continuously updated under the directives of Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage, to ensure the quality of hotel services provided to guests from visitors, vacationers and tourists, and urge investors and owners of tourist accommodation facilities to exert more effort and work to provide distinctive services and upgrade the services provided to visitors and vacationers in Taif Governorate, especially that the province is witnessing many tourism programs and events throughout the summer.
