Al Khozama Company for the management and operation of hotels and tourist resorts has pumped new investments of about 1.3 billion riyals over the next two years, and the company has come a long way in its restructuring, targeting the operation of 10,000 new rooms within the next five years in addition to the current 2,000 rooms.
This was revealed by Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid, Chairman of Al Khozama Company for the management and operation of hotels and tourist resorts after Al Khozama signed last week an agreement with Al Fahad Investment Company, specialized in the development of real estate and tourist hotels, to manage Al Khozama Residence Hotel in Khobar, represented by Ahmed Al Fahad, Head of Hospitality Sector at Al Fahad Investment Company.

Prince Bandar bin Saud emphasized that King Faisal Charity Foundation owns 80% of Al Khozama Hotel Management and Operation Company, adding, “All profits that enter the company are fully spent on charitable works, and do not go to individuals.”
His Highness expressed his happiness with the partnership with Al Fahad Investment and said that the new hotel in Khobar will add a new dimension to the hospitality real estate portfolio managed by the company.
