In a move considered the most significant of its kind, Ramtan Exhibition and Conference Organizers, the organizer and owner of the Restatex real estate exhibitions, signed Informa Exhibitions, the organizer of Cityscape International Real Estate Exhibitions, a joint cooperation agreement to hold the largest international real estate exhibition in Riyadh under the title Restatx Cityscape Riyadh from September 27–30, 2017, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Another agreement was also signed to hold the Restatx Cityscape Jeddah exhibition in February of next year.

Given the size and vitality of the real estate sector in Riyadh and Jeddah, the two exhibitions are expected to be the largest real estate events held in the Kingdom, and are planned to connect exhibitors from various Gulf countries and Saudi Arabia with thousands of real estate investors interested in new opportunities and property purchase offers.

On this occasion, Mr. Fawter Mulman, Director of the Cityscape Group at Informa Exhibitions, said: “We look forward to collaborating with Ramtan Exhibitions and Conferences to create a platform for regional and international stakeholders to generate opportunities and foster partnerships that drive development and investment across the real estate sector.”
