Emaar Properties, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, has launched the “Creek Rises” project in the Al Jazira area of Dubai Creek. The company noted that the project consists of two towers of luxury residential apartments, adding that prices for a one-bedroom apartment measuring 830 square feet start at 1.3 million dirhams, while a three-bedroom apartment measuring 1,642 square feet starts at 2.4 million dirhams.

The company explained that it has established a payment plan involving six installments totaling 50% of the property’s value, to be paid before and during the project’s construction, noting that the seventh installment, covering the remaining 50%, must be paid upon delivery, with the first installment of 5% due at the time of reservation.

The company expects construction work on the project to begin in the second half of 2018, with delivery scheduled for the end of August 2020.

It is worth noting that this project is the company’s tenth in Dubai Creek, following “Al Khour Tower,” ”The Cove,” ”Harbor Gate,” ”Creek Gate,” ”Creek Horizon,” ”Dubai Creek Residence,” ”Creekside 18,” ”Harbor Views,” and ”Creek Heights Apartments.”
