The tourism accommodation sector in Taif Province has seen brisk business during the current holiday, as evidenced by the growing demand for hotels, furnished residential units, and resorts located throughout Taif, as well as villas, motels, and tourist inns, which are densely concentrated in the southern and western highlands of Saudi Arabia’s “Bride of Summer Resorts.”

These days, the province is witnessing a remarkable influx of visitors and vacationers who have come from various regions of the Kingdom and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries to enjoy the mild, rainy weather in the “City of Roses,” thanks to the comprehensive range of tourism services available.

For its part, the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in Taif Governorate confirmed that it is continuing its inspection and field visits to tourist accommodation facilities of various classifications, as well as travel and tour agencies, throughout the Eid al-Adha holiday, to ensure the quality of services provided to vacationers and tourists. It noted that the inspection program aims to address price violations, substandard services, failure to display licenses, violations of operating regulations, and the absence of a license from the Authority.
