With a value of 24 billion dirhams, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, recently launched the launch ceremony for the “Al Jada” real estate project at Al Jawaher Hall in Sharjah, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Al-Waleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arad.
The “Al Jada” real estate project is the largest of its kind in the Emirate of Sharjah, covering an area of 24 million square feet at a cost of 24 billion dirhams. The project includes a number of health, educational, and community facilities, and its architecture embodies the authentic spirit and heritage of Sharjah.
On this occasion, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Arad,” emphasized in a speech during the ceremony that the Emirate of Sharjah adopts thought, science, and culture as the cornerstones of its development, and in an emirate moving toward a future where sustainable development elements are integrated, we are honored to launch a new project that represents a different approach to real estate and complements Sharjah’s portfolio of projects that reflect the emirate’s spirit and development philosophy.
For his part, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Al-Waleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of the company, explained that the project remains true to its roots and reflects the city’s heritage, while looking toward Sharjah’s future; it blends the old and the new through design elements drawn from the emirate’s oldest neighborhoods and environmentally friendly construction standards.
The “Al Jada” project aligns with the latest initiatives launched by the Sharjah government and with residents“ aspirations and preferences regarding housing, enhancing the emirate’s real estate landscape by incorporating new urban design standards and combining best-in-class living experiences with the unique quality of life and family-friendly environment for which Sharjah is renowned. The project’s design is unique and contemporary, celebrating Sharjah’s history and heritage through the use of alleys and courtyards characteristic of some of the emirate’s oldest neighborhoods.
The project enjoys a strategic location, as ”Al Jada” connects directly to Al Dhaid Road to the north and University Road to the south, and is easily accessible from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. It will include ample parking spaces for residents and visitors, and its interior design minimizes traffic congestion and facilitates entry and exit thanks to multiple entrances and wide roads.
