With a total area of approximately 10 million square feet, Emaar Properties plans to develop a new hotel and residential units along the waterfront of the “Dubai Harbor” project, between ”Jumeirah Beach Residence” and ”Palm Jumeirah,“ noting that it will focus on constructing a series of high-rise residential apartment buildings overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Emaar reported that Al Anwan Hotels & Resorts will operate the hospitality project, which will include residential units under its brand, noting that the project will feature a variety of lifestyle services, including amenities and restaurants, as well as recreational and fitness facilities.

The project is located near ”Dubai Harbor,“ which was recently launched by Meraas, and spans an area of 20 million square feet, and is expected to feature the largest marina in the Middle East and North Africa. The project includes an events center, hotel facilities, various services, residential and office buildings, and a 3.5 million-square-foot shopping center, two yacht clubs, and the 135-meter-tall ”Dubai Lighthouse.“
