With the participation and specialized sponsorship of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, the Restatex Cityscape Riyadh exhibition continues its activities today, after hundreds of visitors flocked to the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center over the past two days to view the latest major real estate projects unveiled at this year’s edition of the exhibition and to take advantage of attractive payment plans in the residential sector. The inaugural edition of the exhibition is held under the gracious patronage of His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Saudi Minister of Housing.

Al-Jarbou Company showcased its “Alia Al Sharq” residential project, which features a collection of villas in Madinah.

Commenting on their participation in the exhibition, Ayman Hassan of Al-Jarbou said: “We offer attractive deals and payment plans for every unit in our residential complexes on display.” He added that while the market is considered challenging, the proposed Vision 2030 represents a clear step in the right direction.

“Carolina Palms” Complex in Riyadh

Also participating in this year’s edition is Saudi SGE, which is showcasing a residential complex in Riyadh called “Carolina Palms,” comprising 89 completed homes divided into three clusters and featuring 24-hour security, retail facilities, restaurants and food outlets, and a kindergarten. The company is offering attractive deals to those who sign an annual lease for its luxurious and distinctive homes.

Two projects by Dubai Real Estate

Meanwhile, Dubai Real Estate is showcasing two residential projects in Business Bay: ”Belview Towers” and “Marasi Riverside.” Meanwhile, the Turkish real estate developer Emai Insat Tahhut San Tek has unveiled the “Kent Plus Yalova Wellness Spa” in the Turkish city of Yalova, a mixed-use project featuring villas and a five-star hotel.

Estico Real Estate Brokerage

The real estate brokerage firm Estico brought its “Northern Waves” project in Jumeirah Circle to the exhibition, while the real estate developer Klindinst is presenting the “Floating Venice” project to the Saudi public—the world’s first luxury underwater ship resort.

Plus Holding is showcasing several residential projects from Cyprus and Lebanon—the Saudi market is renowned for its world-famous towers.
