With a total gross floor area of 33 million square feet, Azizi Real Estate Development has unveiled a new real estate project in downtown Dubai with a total estimated value of 25 billion dirhams.
The project consists of residential and commercial space, featuring 105 mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings comprising 30,000 residential units. The construction area is twice the size of Azizi Riviera, and the project will be equipped with all necessary amenities.
According to a statement issued by the company, the new project—whose name has not yet been announced—will be inspired by contemporary British culture. Construction is scheduled to begin in November of this year and be completed before Expo 2020. The company has not disclosed further details about the project, nor whether it will award contracts to sub-developers or undertake the development entirely on its own.
