<The Council of Ministers, at its session held yesterday under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, welcomed the «NEOM» project, the future destination launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Public Investment Fund, and will focus on nine specialized investment sectors, targeting the future of human civilizations, supported by more than $ 500 billion over the coming years by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Public Investment Fund, as well as local and international investors. The Council appreciated the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - may God protect him - for the Future Investment Initiative, which kicked off yesterday morning, with the participation of more than 2,500 leading and influential figures in the world of business and finance from more than 60 countries around the world, hosted by the Public Investment Fund in Riyadh to discuss the opportunities and challenges that will shape the global economy and investment environment over the coming decades, in addition to an exhibition of future mega projects that are an essential part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
