With the participation of more than 400 industry leaders, the African Hospitality Summit (North) concluded its 2017 session, held at the Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in Morocco, with the aim of promoting growth in the hospitality sector. The summit was attended by more than 200 buyers who came to the forum to meet the needs of 71 suppliers of world-class hospitality products and services. More than 1,500 face-to-face meetings were also organized during the summit.
In this context, Ravi Kumar Chandran, Director at IDE, the organizer of the African (North) Hospitality and Tourism Summit, said: “We were delighted to host the 13th edition of the African Hospitality Summit (North) in Morocco, The summit featured numerous substantive discussions on major trends in the hospitality industry that will shape the future of tourism in the region. The two-day annual summit brought together an elite group of experts and industry leaders from around the world, who discussed the ever-evolving hospitality industry landscape and the challenges it faces, as well as the use of continuous innovation and transformation to drive the renaissance of this leading industry. Among the speakers at the summit was Dr. Anan Al-Jalali, founder of Helnan International Hotels.
