At the World Travel Awards held in Dubai, «Vivenda Hotel Villas» was named «Best Hotel Villas in Saudi Arabia» for 2017, In an exclusive interview with "Amlak Real Estate Newspaper," Rakan Al-Malik, Head of Business Development at Vivenda, revealed plans to expand in the coming years to six branches in Riyadh.

"Vivenda Hotel Villas" had taken its first confident steps into the world of hospitality and tourism with a single branch in 2011, expanding to five branches by 2017. Al-Malik stated that work will soon begin on entering the Jeddah market with two branches that reflect the strength of Furs Real Estate Investments’ which owns the hotel villas. In a short time, the company has managed to occupy a prominent position in the industry thanks to the advancement of its operational technologies, which are designed to provide services that meet customers’ expectations.
