Ithra Dubai, a company owned by the Dubai Government Investment Corporation, has unveiled its new project, «The Link,» which is considered the world’s largest cantilevered building. It connects the two main towers of the project «One Zabeel,» at a height of 100 meters and a length of 210 meters, to redefine the city’s skyline and add an attractive option to Dubai’s tourist attractions.

In this context, Executive Director and Board Member Essam Kaldari explained that the company completed the preliminary studies for the project in late 2015 and began construction in 2016. Excavation work, the installation of columns and foundations, and other preparatory work at the construction site have finally been completed, marking the start of construction on the project’s two towers.

The project includes 37,000 square meters of commercial office space, while the total area of retail spaces and restaurants is 12,000 square meters. The project will provide 2,500 parking spaces, 263 residential apartments, 94 furnished apartments, a hotel with 314 rooms, and another luxury hotel with 90 rooms.
