Tomorrow, Tuesday, at 9:00 p.m., Al-Iktisadiya TV will host a live interview with Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa, editor-in-chief of the real estate newspaper Amlak, to discuss the current state of the real estate sector and his predictions for market trends in the near future, as well as to analyze some current real estate issues.
The editor-in-chief of “Amlak” will examine the impact of the new real estate regulations on the market and how to leverage their implementation so that they align with the general development strategy pursued by the state—may God support it—while simultaneously supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
It is worth noting that Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa is considered a leading figure in real estate media; he is the founder of Al-Alam Al-Sahafa and several real estate and commercial companies, and has participated in numerous television programs and special economic broadcasts. Al-Issa has served as a marketing consultant for several real estate and industrial companies in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah, and holds two master’s degrees: the first in computer science from the United Kingdom —Sunderland—and the other in Executive MBA from the United States—Florida—as well as numerous courses in the finance and business sectors.
