The Ministry of Housing announced the start of the distribution of 593 residential villas in the Al-Qunfudhah Housing Project to eligible citizens at its office located at the housing site at the entrance to Al-Qunfudhah on the Jeddah–Al-Qunfudhah–Jazan International Highway.

The Al-Qunfudhah Housing Project, located on the Jeddah–Al-Qunfudhah–Jazan International Highway – Jazan, covers 700,000 m². The project is equipped with all necessary services, including water, electricity, sewage systems, a wastewater treatment plant, telecommunications, and safety systems.

Each villa covers an area of 500 m² and consists of two floors: the first floor includes three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, and the second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a courtyard, as well as a water tank and a separate meter. Each group of villas is served by a fire and safety unit covering the entire site.
