Work continues on the world's tallest tower in Jeddah
Jeddah Economic Company, the owner and developer of the Kingdom Tower and Kingdom City project in the Abhar area north of Jeddah, revealed the completion of the deep foundations and the giant concrete base of the Kingdom Tower project, which is the highest in the world with a height of more than 1,000 meters, being built on an area of 85,000 square meters, at a total cost of more than $ 1.5 billion, and the deep foundations work that took 12 months is considered one of the most important and difficult stages of the project.
Kingdom Tower has 170 floors, 7 of which will be dedicated to the five-star Four Seasons Hotel (200 rooms), 11 floors with 121 hotel apartments served by the Four Seasons Hotel, 7 floors for offices, while the rest of the 61 floors will host 318 residential units of various levels that take into account the needs of several segments of the community. Sports clubs and multi-use halls, in addition to the three upper floors, which will be a cultural and entertainment tourist attraction at an altitude of 660 meters, including an outdoor platform, the highest in the world, which will be equipped with a glass base that provides visitors with a unique perspective.
