With a total of 239 five-star hotel apartments and 167 hotel rooms, the Amniyat Real Estate Group plans to complete “The Langham Downtown” project in the Emirate of Dubai in 2020, The group explained that the project is located in the heart of the Marasi development on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, overlooking the new marina on one side and the Burj Khalifa on the other.

The project features comprehensive amenities, with apartment options ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units to duplexes and penthouses.
