<The General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities has approved the licensing of 6 hotel projects in the Asir region. The Director General of the Authority's branch in the region, Engineer Mohammed Al-Omrah, explained that the projects include 4 hotels (5 and 4 stars), hotel suites and a hotel resort, expecting their construction to be completed within the next two years. He added that this step comes as part of the efforts to succeed the initiative (Asir - a major tourist destination throughout the year), stressing that this will help expand high-quality accommodation facilities to serve the aspirations of tourists.
