Motan Real Estate Company plans to establish its headquarters at a total cost of SAR 11 million in the Riyadh region on an area of 5286.5 square meters located on the North Ring Road in Al Nafal neighborhood.

He added: ”The new headquarters will consist of two floors (the maximum height allowed by building regulations) on a total area of 5286.5 square meters and an architectural competition to design the headquarters with international specifications will be prepared immediately."
