The seventh annual Cityscape conference held at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel on March 12 and 13, two weeks before the start of the exhibition, revealed the list of projects nominated for this year's Cityscape Awards 2018 in each of the eight categories, and the list of contenders for the projects includes: Palm Central, Zayed Edge, The Lane, Al Burouj Smart Village East and Bank of Alexandria Headquarters.

The list of contenders for residential projects includes: Hyde Park New Cairo, Park Views and Project 1 Weston Park.

The list of contenders for retail projects includes: Rivet, Sidewalk, The Alma and The Yard Mall.

The awards for the most outstanding real estate projects of the year will be distributed during a ceremony at the end of the conference on March 13.
