With the participation of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper and more than 400 companies from 22 countries, “The Big 5” exhibition kicks off today at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events and will run through March 8, 2018. The exhibition is divided into two large exhibition halls, and a visit will allow you to explore the international pavilions (Germany, Turkey, India, China, South Korea, and the United States).
The event will feature an exhibition of heavy equipment and storage solutions, alongside the Wood Tech & Design Expo, which shares the venue with The Big 5 Saudi.
An international report revealed that the Saudi construction sector is poised for recovery as one of the outcomes of Vision 2030; It noted that there are more than 4,700 projects under construction over the next few years through 2022, with a total estimated value of approximately $852.3 billion.
The report confirmed that the Saudi construction market has tremendous growth opportunities in the near future; there are currently projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia valued at $284.3 billion, and work is scheduled to begin in the coming months on more than 700 projects, which are expected to be completed by or before 2022.
