Emaar Hospitality Group has announced the expansion of its hotel portfolio with the launch of Vida Zabeel as part of the Zabeel Square master development being developed by Emaar as a joint venture with Meraas. Zabeel Square is an integrated mixed-use development in the heart of Dubai, overlooking Zabeel Park, and will feature world-class residential units, commercial offices, hotels and entertainment facilities.

Vida Zabeel overlooks the Dubai Frame and offers 360-degree views of the city, including Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai and the upcoming Dubai Creek Tower in Dubai Creek. Vida Hotels & Resorts currently operates two hotels in the UAE: 'Vida Downtown and Manzil Downtown, both in Downtown Dubai.

The brand's new projects in the country include Vida Harbour Point, Vida Dubai Marina, Vida Dubai Mall, Vida The Hills, Vida Town Square, Vida Residences Downtown and Vida Reem Island Beach Abu Dhabi. Vida continues to expand globally by signing management agreements to operate Vida Jeddah Gate in Saudi Arabia, Vida Marassi Marina in Egypt and Vida Marassi Bahrain.
