According to Al-Shuhayeb, the agreements are for the construction of five health projects with a capacity of (1370) beds and a total area of (419,291) m2 distributed in four cities. <Al-Shuhayeb said that the agreements consist of establishing five health projects with a capacity of (1370) beds and a total area of (419,291) m2 distributed in four cities: Riyadh, Al-Khobar, Bisha and Abha: “Riyadh, Al-Khobar, Bisha and Abha. In addition, the establishment of a private university in Medina with a total area of (13,820) m2, and the establishment of six hotel and tourism projects with a total area of (56,202) m2 distributed in six cities, namely: ”Al Kharj, Sharurah, Najran, Tabuk, Jazan and Al Khobar. <The Undersecretary for Revenue Affairs stated that the local loan program seeks to support the development goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by providing the necessary funding to support the private sector and enhance the economy's ability to generate diversified job opportunities, and extended his thanks to the government entities participating in the local loan program, namely: Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, and the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage. It is worth mentioning that these loans come within the government lending programs, which are provided by the state to encourage the private sector to invest in service projects in regions of the Kingdom that need such services, and these projects, when completed, will support the role of the private sector in providing services and raising their efficiency to be a tributary to the services provided by the state to citizens.
