The Real Estate Contributions Committee (Tasfeeha) has ended the stalled Al-Khadra scheme in Makkah, where it succeeded in selling 20 commercial and residential plots in a public auction held yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, in the presence of members of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and all the offered plots were sold amid great competition.
The auction was attended by a large number of people. The auction was attended by a remarkable and huge attendance due to the scheme's location near the holy sites and being an existing and fully serviced scheme and on the most important main roads in Makkah.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Khadra scheme is one of the oldest real estate contributions in the Kingdom that the committee received to liquidate it and restore the rights of its shareholders.
