Residents of Tabuk await the distribution of 3700 housing products and 995 land plots

Residents of the Tabuk region are eagerly awaiting the distribution of more than 3,700 housing units and 995 plots of land by the Ministry of Housing. The Ministry of Housing’s branch in the Tabuk region is currently implementing six housing projects, including two in the city of Tabuk, and four in the governorates of Tayma, Haql, Al-Wajh, and Amlaj.

The projects include “Tabuk Housing Phase I,” comprising 901 residential units, which has been completed, and work is underway with eligible beneficiaries to finalize allocation procedures in accordance with the Ministry of Housing’s established process. Meanwhile, the “Tabuk Housing Phase II” project includes 1,717 apartments for sale off-plan in the first phase, and contracts are currently being signed with eligible beneficiaries. Additionally, 900 villas have been allocated, and work is underway to finalize their procedures; the infrastructure completion rate for this project has reached 84%.

Meanwhile, the Amlaj Governorate Housing Project includes 359 residential units and 359 residential plots, and the completion rate for this project has reached 75%. As for the Taima Governorate housing project, it includes 388 residential units and 376 residential plots, with a completion rate of over 90% for the project, and the infrastructure completion rate has reached over 58%. Meanwhile, the housing project in Haql Governorate, which covers an area exceeding 300,000 square meters, 260 residential plots, with the project’s infrastructure completion rate reaching 57%. Additionally, the Al-Wajh Governorate housing project, covering an area of 500,000 square meters, includes 413 housing units.
