The Real Estate Fund Denies That Any Judgments Have Been Issued Against It in Jeddah, Medina, or Dammam

Hamoud Al-Osaimi, Director of Public Relations and Official Spokesperson for the Real Estate Development Fund, denied that the Fund had received any final, enforceable, and definitive court rulings against it in Jeddah, Medina, or Dammam. Al-Osaimi called on the media to obtain news from reliable sources and through the Fund’s official channels, Al-Osaimi emphasized that serving citizens is the Fund’s top priority and that its goal is to enable citizens—regardless of their occupation or age—to obtain real estate financing easily, conveniently, and at the lowest possible cost through the “Subsidized Financing” mortgage program.
