Emaar Properties plans to re-launch the tender for the construction of the world’s largest shopping mall, “Dubai Creek,” in October of this year. Media sources explained that “Emaar” aims to re-launch the tender to allow for a redesign of the project to facilitate the construction process.
The company had previously extended the deadline for submitting bids for the “Dubai Creek Mall” project until April 26.
