With a capacity of 694 residential units and featuring comprehensive services and essential amenities, the Ministry of Housing in the Madinah region launched the “Durrat Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah” as one of its high-quality housing projects for beneficiaries, covering an area of 78,400 square meters in a strategic and prime location just 8 km from the Prophet’s Mosque.
In this regard, Yusuf bin Sulaiman Al-Qadibi, General Manager of the project’s developer, revealed that the project features a variety of model designs that cater to the preferences and tastes of beneficiaries, while ensuring compliance with the standards and requirements for Saudi housingand the preservation of privacy and customs. Four different apartment models have been designed, featuring spacious interior areas ranging from 125 to 264 square meters, in addition to a parking space and separate water and electricity meters for each apartment.
Regarding unit prices, Al-Qadibi explained that prices start at 277,500 riyals for 125-square-meter apartments, and reach 574,200 riyals for the fourth apartment model, which measures 264 square meters.
The services and amenities surrounding the project offer unique and positive features that attract residents, as it is located on King Abdullah Ring Road, and is close to various educational services such as a daycare center, a shopping mall, a mosque, a grand mosque, two secondary and elementary schools, playgrounds, and green spaces.
The new housing project in Taiba is considered one of the model integrated projects and is part of an effort to provide a variety of housing options and financing solutions tailored to the financial capabilities of beneficiaries, and aims to increase homeownership rates to 60% by 2020, while also reducing the waiting time for people to purchase their first home.
