The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, Saif Al-Suwailem, confirmed that more than 701 TP3T units in the ”Durrat Al Madinah” and “Bawabat Taiba” projects in Madinah were fully booked just one week after their exhibitions were launched. Al-Suwailem explained that the two projects are distinguished by their strategic location, as they are located about 8 km from the Prophet’s Mosque and with prices starting from 270,000 riyals.
Al-Suwailem pointed out that the reservation rates in the “Durrat Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Project” exceeded 77% and reservations in “Bawabat Taiba” exceeded 60 % of the number of units offered.
The “Durrat Al Madinah” project is located within the boundaries of the Haram, less than 7 kilometers from the Prophet’s Mosque and only 200 meters from King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Road. It extends over an area of 51.5 thousand square meters and contains 694 apartments, with areas of up to 264 meters and prices starting from 277 thousand riyals.
The “Taiba Gate” project is located in the northeastern part of Madinah and is only 3 km away from Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport. It consists of 477 residential units with areas of up to 227 meters and prices starting from 270 thousand riyals.
