The Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee at the Ministry of Housing has issued renewal, sales, and marketing licenses to a number of real estate development companies. It granted Jabal Omar a license to market its “Jabal Omar Al-Anwan” project comprising 741 hotel units next to the Grand Mosque in Mecca. The licenses also included an off-plan sales permit for Al-Diyar Al-Arabiya Real Estate Development Company to construct 1,182 “townhouse” residential units in the “Louloua Al-Diyar” for beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing in the city of Yanbu.
The licenses also included the marketing of properties by Binaa & Sakn in its “Jawhara Al-Yasmin” project located in the city of Riyadh.
