The Ministry of Housing announced that reservations for its two projects in Madinah—comprising 1,171 residential units of the “apartment” type, varying in size, specifications, and price—have been filled. The Ministry confirmed that reservations are still open for the remaining projects currently being offered at 11 locations across several cities in the Kingdom, as part of this month’s projects under the “Sakani” program.

The two projects in Madinah are distinguished by their strategic location within the urban area, just 7 kilometers from the Prophet’s Mosque, The project also includes integrated infrastructure works such as water, electricity, and telecommunications networks, as well as sidewalks and other amenities, alongside designated sites for a number of service facilities, reflecting the Ministry’s commitment to providing a comprehensive residential environment that serves all beneficiaries.
