The Ministry of Housing continued its efforts to provide housing units to beneficiaries, announcing that reservations for 40% units in the Rataj Makkah project—launched last month as part of the “Sakani” program, confirming that the third phase of the project will be launched after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The ministry clarified that total reservations for the Rataj Makkah housing project have reached approximately 1,900 housing units out of the project’s total of 4,500 units, which include both villas and apartments, noting that the second phase of the project, comprising 2,000 housing units, is nearing completion.
The Rataj Makkah housing project covers an area of 1.3 million square meters, and includes approximately 4,551 residential units ranging from townhouses to apartments. It is one of the Ministry’s projects in partnership with the private sector.
The project offers a variety of options in terms of size, design, and price, with residential units ranging up to 225 square meters and prices starting at 419.77 riyals, with affordable monthly installments starting at 1,400 riyals.
