The Ministry of Housing announced last Wednesday that the reservation of more than 30% of the “Pearl Diyar” project, which is the latest project of the “Residential” program in partnership with the private sector in Yanbu Governorate in the Medina region, has been completed and provides about 1182 residential units, of the type of townhouses.

The ministry explained in a press release. <The project is characterized by its strategic location, in addition to the integration of infrastructure according to the highest and latest specifications of roads, sidewalks, lighting, green spaces and public facilities, in addition to providing a mosque, three mosques, allocating sites for service, educational and health facilities, commercial sites, 14 sites for green spaces, parks and children's playgrounds, and the project provides 5 designs and models for the residential units it offers, to meet the wishes of all beneficiaries of housing support in the province, and offers comprehensive guarantees on all materials used and structural structure for up to 20 years.
<It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Housing has recently announced the launch of several housing projects in various regions of the Kingdom, including four in the Medina region, where in addition to the “Pearl of Diyar”, three other projects were announced, one of which is located in Yanbu city “Ruwasan Yanbu”, which completed its reservations last month and provides about 660 housing units varying between apartments and townhouses, and the Ministry announced the completion of the reservations of two projects in Medina “Durrat Al Madinah” and “Tayba Gate”, which includes about 1200 housing units in strategic locations in the city and kilometers away from the Prophet's Haram al-Nabawi.
Last week, the ministry announced seven new projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province, providing more than 13,000 housing units, coinciding with the continuation of reservations in a number of projects, in addition to the ministry, represented by the ”Sakani” program, continues to deliver ready-made housing units in a number of projects such as Thadiq, Rammah, Al Ayna, Dawadmi, Arar, Al Khobar, Al Mubarz, Al Qunfudhah, Sabya and Bish.
