The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) stated that the 12th Online Job Fair, which began last Sunday and will continue through Thursday, offers four benefits to job seekers on the one hand and employers on the other, namely: access to thousands of available job opportunities; direct communication with employers; flexibility in searching for suitable jobs based on city, qualifications, monthly salary, and required experience; and savings in both time and cost.
The fair features 129 private-sector companies showcasing nearly 8,000 job openings to citizens, with the aim of effectively contributing to the localization of jobs in private-sector companies and meeting the sector’s human resource needs, in line with current economic development.
Dozens of companies are also participating in the fair across the telecommunications and information technology sectors, as well as trade, construction, building materials, manufacturing, insurance, retail, confectionery, automotive, and furniture.
The concept of the online job fair is based on providing digital platforms for companies wishing to offer job opportunities to Saudis through a virtual online format, Note that registration for the fair follows the same procedures as traditional job fairs, but takes place virtually at a time and place of the job seeker’s choosing.
You can access the official Liqaat website via the link www.eliqaat.com, then register, select the employer’s platform where the candidate wishes to apply for a job, and communicate directly with the employer’s representative through the ”interactive chat” feature.
The creation of the “Liqaat” online job fair is an initiative by the Fund to play a role in the Saudization of jobs in the Kingdom’s private sector by hiring qualified Saudi professionals to ensure active participation in economic development and meet the human resource needsof private-sector establishments.
The fair also offers job seekers numerous benefits, such as access to thousands of available job opportunities, the ability to communicate directly with employers via text chat, and the ability to search for suitable jobs based on location, qualifications, salary, and required experience. The online fair also saves time and money, enabling job seekers to participate and apply electronically from anywhere and at any time during the fair.
“Hadaf” noted that employers and job seekers of both genders can contact the unified call center at 920020301 for more information about the fair, its procedures, and how to register.
