Anan Real Estate has completed preparations to market the Al-Basateen neighborhood, located north of Riyadh along King Khalid Road and west of the Hatin neighborhood. The neighborhood features model villas and residential lots in prime locations, and is bisected by a fully developed 2-kilometer-long valley with 7-meter-wide walking and cycling paths.

On this occasion, Mr. Bandar bin Muhammad Al-Dhahik, the company’s general manager, stated in an exclusive interview “to Amlak Newspaper” that the Al-Basateen development is one of the most luxurious gated communities and was designed according to the latest international design standards, harmonizing with a sophisticated modern lifestyle. Al-Dhahik added that Al-Basateen is distinguished by its attractive strategic location, as it stretches across the neighborhoods of Al-Khuzama, Hatin, Al-Ra’id, and Al-Nakheel, benefiting from the network of major roads surrounding it, such as King Salman Road, the Northern Ring Road, and King Khalid Road, not to mention its proximity to vital facilities in northern Riyadh, such as King Khalid International Airport, the Diplomatic Quarter, King Saud University, the King Abdullah Financial Center, Wadi Hanifa, and other important facilities.

According to Al-Dahik, the neighborhood is also complete with—all various service facilities, particularly places of worship and educational, health, and recreational facilities. He noted that the outdoor spaces between the buildings have been designed to include recreational areas, helping to create a healthy and social environment that respects the privacy of conservative Saudi families, noting that the neighborhood is gated and enjoys round-the-clock security.

Mr. Bandar Al-Dhahik also announced the launch of the “Seaside Villas” project in Al-Khobar in two months, God willing, which is reserved for beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing.
