With specialized sponsorship from Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, the 17th edition of Cityscape Global will take place from October 2 to 4 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The exhibition, considered the largest and most influential real estate investment and development event for emerging markets worldwide,  across an area of 41,000 square meters and is expected to attract a large number of investors and real estate developers from more than 100 countries to showcase their new real estate projects. It features a distinguished list of investors, developers, government officials, and real estate industry experts.

The exhibition is organized by Informa Middle East, which has signed an agreement with the Dubai Land Department to promote the emirate, showcase it to the world as an attractive investment destination in regional and international markets, and strengthen its position as a major investment hub.

The organizers of Cityscape Global emphasized that happiness is the central theme of both the exhibition and the Cityscape conference, which takes place one day before the exhibition opens on October 1 at the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City, in line with numerous initiatives by the Dubai government.

For its part, the Dubai Land Department confirmed that real estate developers participating in the 2018 edition will be able to sell their projects located within the UAE directly from their booths at Cityscape Global, following the great success of implementing this decision at the 2017 edition of the exhibition.

The decision followed the great success of its implementation last year for the first time, when the value of transactions concluded during the three days of the exhibition reached 870 million dirhams, which encouraged the Department of Land and Property to continue allowing sales and purchases at the exhibition during its upcoming edition this October.
