Yesterday, Tuesday, Jabal Omar Development Company received approval from the “Wafi” Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Committee for a license to sell 741 hotel units in accordance with regulations at the “Jabal Omar Al-Anwan Project,” located within the third phase of the project.

The “Al-Anwan Makkah – Jabal Omar” hotel is scheduled to open in 2019. The hotel is located less than 500 meters from the Grand Mosque and consists of twin towers, which are the tallest buildings in the main project.

The “Al-Intitah Hotels & Resorts” manages 1,490 hotel rooms and suites, including units available for freehold ownership.
