Mazen Al-Dawood added. <Al-Dawood continued: The Ministry of Housing, represented by the “Ejar” program, seeks to develop the rental sector system in the Kingdom in a balanced manner by finding sustainable solutions to the challenges of the real estate market, within the framework of protecting the parties to the rental process and preserving the rights of both the tenant as a consumer and the lessor as an investor and the real estate broker, the main engine of the rental process, to promote the real estate rental sector through a set of integrated electronic services.
Dawood continued. He said: This includes the electronic payment service through the “SADAD” service, which eliminates the parties to the contract “lessor and lessee” from cash transactions that were carried out through the authorized real estate broker, so that the payment mechanism between them becomes electronic.
Dawood added. <Al-Dawood added: The e-payment service preserves the rights of both parties to the rental process and is an authorized proof of payment of the rent, in addition to a service that facilitates financial collection procedures and helps monitor financial transactions.
