The Ministry of Labor announced that it has begun qualifying a number of specialized companies and institutions interested in managing and operating the “Citizen Account” program, after deciding to entrust the program’s operation to the private sector.
The Ministry has set tomorrow, Monday, September 17, 2018, as the deadline for submitting contractor qualification files for the project to operate and manage the “Citizen Account” program.The Ministry clarified that the evaluation results and the selection of bidders will be announced on Sunday, September 23, 2018, noting that the project’s implementation period is three years, starting from the date of the contract award.
The project aims to verify beneficiaries’ eligibility and calculate the amount due by integrating with multiple data sources, to save time in verifying eligibility and entitlement by processing all incoming applications, and to enable the application of flexible conditions and criteria that can be modified by system administrators, providing reports on expected impacts, and generating regular reports, business intelligence reports, and statistics on the number of beneficiaries in all cases to aid in decision-making
