Saudi Kayan Group has unveiled its new project located in Abhar Waterfront in Jeddah. The project is located in an area of 140,000 square meters, at a cost of SAR 1.2 billion. The project includes two towers, one of which is a five-star luxury branded hotel and the other is a luxury residential apartments, which is another step for Kayan Group in the hospitality sector in the Middle East region, demonstrating its commitment to investing in developing sectors in Jeddah and beyond.
At the MIPIM exhibition in Cannes, France, Kayan presented information on the details of the project, and officially announced the contract with Nikken Seki to design it.
