The real estate sector, as it celebrates the anniversary of this glorious day, is reaping the fruits of the leadership's interest in its affairs and its various legislations, and the new systems approved by the competent authorities such as the »Completion« center, »Ejar« program, »Wafi«, various real estate bodies and other windows that benefit the sector and real estate professionals in saving effort and time in completing their work, For example, the state paid attention to low-income groups, allocating them specific percentages in the priorities of owning suitable housing in the products of the Ministry of Housing, in addition to the state bearing the value-added tax for real estate whose price is less than 850 thousand riyals, and the transformation of the Kingdom's property department into a public body under the name »General Authority for State Properties", and the establishment of the General Authority for Real Estate is a gain and confidence for the status of real estate, which is a gain and confidence in the status of real estate.
