Riyadh Royal Commission begins expropriation of property conflicting with main and roundabout road development projects to improve infrastructure and traffic flow

The Royal Commission for Riyadh has started expropriation procedures for a number of properties that are in conflict with the tracks of the development program of the main and circular road axes in the capital, as part of plans aimed at improving infrastructure and facilitating traffic, and the Commission called on the owners of the properties covered by the expropriation decisions to complete the required documents through electronic channels or visit its road implementation office to complete the approved legal procedures.

The development program includes a number of vital projects, most notably the development of Prince Turki I Road axis, linking Prince Meshal Road to Taif Road, in addition to the development of Al-Arouba-Abdulrahman Al-Ghafiqi-Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Road axis, in addition to the development of Najm Al-Ayoubi Road.
This measure comes within the efforts to develop the road network in Riyadh, to keep pace with rapid urban expansion and increase the efficiency of linking the main axes within the capital.
