The Partnership Program has signed agreements with 16 real estate developers in the Makkah and Madinah regions, According to Salah Al-Ghamdi, Executive Director of Developer Relations at the Ministry of Housing in the Makkah region, Jeddah topped the list with agreements signed with 6 developers, followed by Madinah with 4 developers, and two each in Taif, Makkah, and Yanbu.
Al-Ghamdi stated during a workshop on real estate market development held at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce yesterday, that the “Sharakat” program aims to establish partnerships between the Ministry of Housing and the private sector to develop the housing sector, provide affordable housing units suitable for beneficiaries, and create jobs to further develop the sector.
