Nujoom Al-Salam Holding Company and Basma Real Estate Management Company have signed a partnership agreement under which Basma will market Nujoom Al-Salam’s commercial projects and optimize investment in them throughout the Kingdom with specialized professional expertise.

The agreement was signed by Abdullah bin Jarallah Al-Adib, CEO of “Nujum Al-Salam,” and Abdullah Al-Alwan, CEO of “Basma,” in the presence of Mohammed Al-Obaid, General Manager of Nujum Al-Salam Holding, and Bandar Al-Kassar, Director of Investment and Development at Nujum Al-Salam, at the Al-Odaib Heritage Museum.

Al-Adib expressed his delight at forming this alliance with Basma, which marks the beginning of cooperation and partnership between the two parties in the field of real estate marketing, He also praised the strong relationship between the two companies in projects that benefit both parties.

For his part, Abdullah Al-Alwan explained that this alliance is part of our marketing strategy, and we are confident that the company will strive to achieve the best results and real estate services for the mutual benefit of both parties.

It is worth noting that Najoum Al-Salam Holding Company has developed more than 400 large-scale real estate projects, including commercial complexes, residential and industrial developments, and service projects such as chalets, rest houses, and others, It also developed 13 commercial projects in 2018, distributed across Riyadh, Al-Khobar, Jeddah, Al-Qassim, and Al-Zulfi, In addition, 45 residential units were completed in the Ithmar Al-Aziziyah Villas project, and the company built these residential villas to provide integrated housing solutions for citizens of the Kingdom in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
