Cityscape Global welcomes real estate professionals tomorrow in Dubai… and the “Cityscape Business Center” is offering a gift to investors

The Cityscape International Exhibition, which kicks off tomorrow, Monday, October 2, and runs through Thursday, October 4, in Dubai at the Dubai World Trade Center, The exhibition features pavilions accommodating participants from more than 100 countries, with a total exhibition space of 42,000 square meters, and observers expect approximately 40,000 visitors to attend the event.

Meanwhile, major local and regional real estate companies are putting the finishing touches on their displays of new billion-dollar projects, while representatives from Dubai Land will intensify their efforts to promote the emirate of Dubai as an ideal destination for real estate investment.

Mr. Tom Rhodes, Director of Cityscape Global, revealed that this year’s edition will feature the “Cityscape Business Hub,” a new area dedicated to businesses that allows developers to engage with high-level institutional investors.

Tom emphasized that this area will help strengthen business ties between investors, VIPs, government officials, and real estate experts. Each session lasts between one and two hours and is limited to no more than 30 people; participation is by invitation only, extended by the Cityscape Group team.

This year’s edition will also feature a series of seminars and keynote speeches by distinguished experts, who will address topics such as innovation in design, regional economies, facilities management, real estate financing, and other important issues.

He noted that the exhibition’s management welcomes Egypt as the guest of honor for this edition, with more than 18 developers participating under its pavilion to showcase the latest projects offering excellent returns, in addition to new developers from Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Turkey, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom.

The exhibition director emphasized that “Cityscape” will provide real estate developers with an opportunity to showcase their latest projects at the region’s largest real estate and investment exhibition, noting that many local and regional developers use the exhibition as a platform to launch their new projects. He noted that Cityscape Global has become a powerful marketing tool for raising awareness of brands and new projects in the markets.
