About 15 real estate development companies are currently using modern construction techniques in the ministry's projects, according to Mohammed bin Saud Al-Ghazwani, General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Sector at the Ministry of Housing.

The Ministry of Housing recently announced the tenth installment of the Residential Program 2018, which included 34,533 housing and financing products for beneficiaries.

The announced products included 11,705 housing units under construction and 11,928 free residential lands, in addition to 8,300 mortgage loans and 2,600 market-ready housing units.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Housing represented by the "Residential" program has started from this month to launch more than 4 thousand ready housing units within the ministry's projects in various regions of the Kingdom, and these units will be available for booking and start their delivery during the current quarter of this year 2018.
