Itqan Real Estate Company has completed its preparations to offer new real estate investment opportunities belonging to the General Authority for Endowments, in a public auction to lease a number of the Authority's properties on Sunday 11/04/1441 AH corresponding to 08/12/2019 AD in Lailati Hall in Jeddah and Khudri Hall in the Rafal Tower Hotel in Riyadh simultaneously. It aims to collect the best returns for endowments, to enhance transparency and to provide new opportunities for all citizens of the country in the cities of Makkah, Jeddah and Taif.

In Makkah, twenty real estate units will be offered in the leasing auction divided into different properties, there are five lands, seven residential properties, seven commercial properties, seven commercial properties, and one residential commercial property, in Jeddah the properties are divided into three commercial properties, two residential properties, and one residential commercial property, while in Taif the properties offered consist of three residential commercial properties, one commercial property, and one residential property.

The Authority had announced through its investment arm (Awqaf Company) the special conditions for participation in the public auction by obligating the participant or his legal agent to attend the auction, and to present a bank check in the name of (Awqaf Investment Company) in the amount of (100,000) 100,000 riyals for category A properties, and (50,000) 50,000 riyals for category B properties.

This step comes after the Authority announced the special conditions for participation in the public auction, by requiring the participant or his legal agent to attend the auction. This step follows the signing of a joint agreement between the Public Endowments Authority represented by Awqaf (the investment arm of the Public Endowments Authority) and Itqan Real Estate Company.
