The anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, is passing these days, and our country is witnessing achievements in all aspects of life, which made the Saudi people on every national occasion raise the highest expressions of thanks and gratitude with the sincerest feelings of love for the leader of the march, King Salman, who was crowned king on 3 Rabi'II 1436 H corresponding to January 23, 2015.

In the reign of King Salman, may God protect him, Vision 2030 was launched to accurately and wisely chart the future of the Kingdom and open its doors, taking advantage of the enormous national wealth inherent in the national human cadres, which the vision made a real support to generate ideas, take advantage of technology and humanize cities to create a vibrant society and a thriving national economy, and to achieve a comprehensive quality of life for the Saudi citizen, all government agencies worked to develop their detailed programs for the vision under the direct care and guidance of the Crown Prince, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, so achievements and major projects were successive.

The real estate sector was no exception, as it led the wheel of development and change, and adopted many interactive electronic portals and platforms through which the citizen can do all his reviews without going to government headquarters, saving effort and time.

Achieving the goals of the vision

We are encouraged that the Ministry of Housing has made tangible steps in achieving the goals of the vision, as the Residential Program has succeeded in making 1180 thousand families benefit from its products and housing options since its launch in February 2017 until the end of 2020, and the number of individual financing contracts has increased dramatically, reaching 28 thousand contracts in September this year alone, while in previous years the contracts did not exceed 20 thousand contracts per year.

The ministry, under the reign of King Salman, may God protect him, activated the private sector partnership to pump integrated housing projects that take into account the quality of life standards, as more than 775 thousand families benefited from the beginning of the "Residential" program until the end of October 2020, including more than 270 thousand families who lived in their homes, with a monthly average of more than 31 thousand families, and then we have the right to celebrate the sixth anniversary of the allegiance of the "People's Beloved".
